- In a bowl add onion, green chili, coriander leaves.

Add one egg and milk in the same bowl.
- Tip in salt and pepper.Beat for at least 2 minutes.

Cook on griddle or frying pan by melting the butter first. Pour the mixture on top and cook from both sides. Eat with crispy toasts or paratha.
Notes
- Red chili can be replaced with black pepper as per your taste.
- You an add maximum fluffiness to omelette by beating well for more time and bonus is adding little milk to omelette mix.Taste would be double up.
