Tasty and Fluffy Omelette recipe with milk

Ingredients
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper
  • 1 tsp Corriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2 Green chili (finely cutted)
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter (for cooking)
  • 1/2 Onion (small size cutted in small cubes)
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add onion, green chili, coriander leaves.
  2. Add one egg and milk in the same bowl.
  3. Tip in salt and pepper.Beat for at least 2 minutes.
  4. Cook on griddle or frying pan by melting the butter first. Pour the mixture on top and cook from both sides. Eat with crispy toasts or paratha.
Recipe Notes

  • Red chili can be replaced with black pepper as per your taste.
  • You an add maximum fluffiness to omelette by beating well for more time and bonus is adding little milk to omelette mix.Taste would be double up.
