  • Add all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Make a mixture by adding water appx 1/2tblsp. Let it to rest for at least 10 minutes
  • Now fry the material by taking scoops
  • Immerse the fritters into cold water. When they get imbibed then gently press and remove the water out.
  • Take a dish. Align the fritters, top them with salted, well beaten yogurt.

Notes

Fritters / bhaly gives taste even with  plain yogurt and chatnies as topping or can be used in dhali bhaly.
