Gram flour fritters / Instant bhaly

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp Gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1/3 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 tsp Sodium bicarbonate/ metha soda / Baking soda
  • Oil (for deep frying)
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Make a mixture by adding water appx 1/2tblsp. Let it to rest for at least 10 minutes
  3. Now fry the material by taking scoops
  4. Immerse the fritters into cold water. When they get imbibed then gently press and remove the water out.
  5. Take a dish. Align the fritters, top them with salted, well beaten yogurt.

Fritters / bhaly gives taste even with  plain yogurt and chatnies as topping or can be used in dhali bhaly.
