Instructions
- Take chicken cubes , ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce, put them all in one bowl for marination ,leave it for 30 minutes. Add boiled potatoes in marination mix as well.
- Now take a frying pan add finely chopped onion and saute it until translucent. add well beaten egg at this point and cook it. Afterwards, add capsicum,cabbage and give it a stir.
- Pour ketchup ,chili sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, salt and black pepper. Cover a cook until water gets dry. Add boiled macaroni and give a mix
- In a separate wok, take oil, marinated chicken and potatoes . Cook until the water gets dry and chicken become tender. Assembling
- In a serving bowl pour macaroni, vegetable and sauces mixture ,add in cooked potatoes and chicken cubes. Fold gently and serve hot or cold.
Notes
Egg is optional, egg will add a bit more flavor to salad.
