Chicken macaroni salad

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Macaroni (boiled)
  • 1 Potatoes (boiled)
  • 2 tsp Vinegar (for marination and cooking)
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce (for marination and cooking)
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 kg Boneless Chicken (cubed)
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Take chicken cubes , ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce, put them all in one bowl for marination ,leave it for 30 minutes. Add boiled potatoes in marination mix as well.
  2. Now take a frying pan add finely chopped onion and saute it until translucent. add well beaten egg at this point and cook it. Afterwards, add capsicum,cabbage and give it a stir.
  3. Pour ketchup ,chili sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, salt and black pepper. Cover a cook until water gets dry. Add boiled macaroni and give a mix
  4. In a separate wok, take oil, marinated chicken and potatoes . Cook until the water gets dry and chicken become tender.
  5. Assembling
  6. In a serving bowl pour macaroni, vegetable and sauces mixture ,add in cooked potatoes and chicken cubes. Fold gently and serve hot or cold.
Recipe Notes

Egg is optional,  egg will add a bit more flavor to salad.
