    Patti Preparation
  • Take a bowl and add shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, and all the spices except coating ingredients. Mix them all and make a big ball of it. Cover it and leave it for 30 minutes.
  • Now make the patties out of material and keep it in dish covered for 5 minutes
  • Coating material
  • In a deep bowl take water and flour. thoroughly mix it to make sure that it would be lump free.
  • Frying
  • Dip every patties in coating mix and then cover from all sides with crumbs. Take a frying pan. Heat the oil and shallow fry them.
  • Burger Sauce
  • Take all the sauces and back pepper in a plate and mix them all properly.
  • Assembling
  • Apply sauce on one side of burger, Put a patti on top, place cheese slice, onion and olive slices on top then cover with other part of burger. Creamy, Rich and, Delicious

Notes

  • If you do not like ginger and garlic flavor in burger patties then you can exempt these both.
  • Leaving the mixture for few minutes will allow all the ingredients to blend well. It will bring a rich flavor to patties.
  • Garlic mayo is optional, if you will add in sauce mix it will boost the garlic taste for sure.Choice is all yours.
