Preparations
- Take mashed potatoes, add all the spices ,coriander leaves, lemon juice, onion and mix all the ingredients.
- In a bowl, add gram flour, cumin seeds and salt make a slightly thick paste with water.

Wash the green chilies and let them dry and make a cut lengthwise .Remove the seeds.
Assembling

Then fill the chilies with potato mix. Coat every single chili in gram flour better.

Preheat the oil in wok and deep fry the gram flour paste coated chilies in it. Serve hot with ketchup or apricot tamarind chutney.
Notes
- Roasted cumin seeds add more taste and aroma to dish.
- This dish is dedicated to only those ,who can bear the spice and hot flavor of chilies.
- Its better to give 5-10 minutes to your prepared material before assembling as it provide some time to ingredients to merge.
