Russian Salad

Ingredients
    Dressing
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp Tin fruit syrup
  • Addings
  • 1 Apple (cubed)
  • 2 Banana (sliced)
  • 200gm Tin fruits
  • 1/2 bowl Macroni (boiled)
  • 1 tbsp Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp Green peas (boiled)
  • 1 Carrot (thinly cubed, soaked in hot water for 5 minutes)
Instructions
  1. Whisk all the dressing ingredients, beat well until soft peaks obtained
  2. Tip in all vegetables and fruits
  3. Give a fold. Serve chilled.
Recipe Notes

You can add any seasonal vegetable and fruit of your choice like grapes or boiled potatoes. While boiling the macaroni add salt and oil to keep the shine and taste of the macaroni. After boiling rinse the macaroni with cold running water and separate all the units with fingers, set aside to cool down completely before adding.
