Dhai bhala recipe/ Yogurt fritters recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg Yogurt
  • 1 Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 2 Green chili (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/3 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 3-4 Bhaly/ gram flour fritters
  • Red chili flakes (for garnish)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl. Add in well beaten yogurt. Tip in all ingredients and spices. Top with fritters/ bhala
  2. Sprinkle chat masala, mint leaves, and red chili flakes on top.
  3. Add chutney and serve with crakers.
