Creamy Chocolate Ice-cream without Ice cream maker

Ingredients
  • 200 ml Fresh cream (well beaten)
  • 5 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add 200 ml of fresh cream and beat it well until become smooth and fluffy. Add condensed milk and beat for more 5 minutes.
  2. Tip in cocoa powder.
  3. Fold gently. Make sure to break all lumps.
  4. Cover the top with plastic or cling sheet so that no air bubbles remain trapped.
  5. Freeze in the freezer for 7-8 hours.
Recipe Notes

You can add up to 3-4 tbsp cocoa powder to get more rich taste and color.
