Salad dressing Preparation
- In a bowl ,take cream ,yogurt, beat them for 1-2minutes. Add honey black pepper and salt to taste. Set aside. Marination
- Cut the chicken into small cubes and marinate it with soya sauce, vinegar , salt and pepper. Keep it for 30 min. Boil the potato cut into cubes and marinate with vinegar, soya sauce and salt. Cooking
- Now take a wok, grease it with oil then saute the marinated chicken ,wait until chicken get tender and completely cooked. Dry the water add marinated potatoes and saute for further 3 minutes .Dish out chicken and potato cubes and wait until cool down. Assembling
- In serving dish tip in cream mix ,add chicken ,capsicum ,pineapple and potatoes. Fold gently. Garnish with pineapple cubes and a pinch of black pepper
