Mango Ice-cream/ 3 Ingredients only

Ingredients
  • 200 ml Cream (well beaten)
  • 5 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 1 cup Mango pulp (blend the mango slices without any fluid addtion)
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add 200 ml of fresh cream and beat it well until become smooth and fluffy. Add condensed milk and beat for more 5 minutes.
  2. Now add mango pulp.
  3. Fold in gently.
  4. Cover the top with plastic or cling sheet so that no air bubbles remain trapped.
  5. Freeze in the freezer for 7-8 hours.
  6. Cut into cubes, serve with tin fruit and wafers
