Chocolate cold cake Recipe/ Delight

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 8-9 Marie biscuits
Instructions
  1. Take double boiler. In larger pot add water and place a small pot in in. Put butter in to small pot and melt it. Now add cocoa powder, sugar and well beaten egg.
  2. Whisk all ingredients and make a smooth mixture. Cook it until get thick.
  3. Now remove from stove. In a serving dish place all the biscuits (every biscuit broken into 4-5 pieces).
  4. Pour chocolate mixture on top. Garnish with roughly crumbled biscuits.
  5. Cover the dish with lid or foil. Put in the freezer for 2-3 hours
  6. Cut into cubes or slices and serve.
Recipe Notes

  • Use can use any type of plain biscuits.
  • If you want the cake more firm and stiff then put for more 3 hours in the fridge.
  • Break all the lumps in the mixtures to get even texture and taste.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes, do not Cook for long time otherwise the fat will start to separate.
