Take a wok, pour oil for deep frying. Sprinkle salt on potatoes and fry them. Put fries a side.
In a pan add oil and saute all vegetables for 5 minutes. Add salt, black pepper, vinegar, and soya sauce mix for more 2 minutes then remove from stove.
Now preheat the griddle. Flatten an aluminum foil on it. Add a layer of fries, saute vegetables, slices of cheese and top with olives.
Let the cheese melt on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
Serve hot.

In the absence of oven this recipe works great.
Sauteing of vegetables make them translucent and rich in taste.
