Butter egg Sandwiches/ Simple and Healthy

Ingredients
  • 200 g Butter
  • 2 Egg boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 Sandwich bread slices
Instructions
  1. Take unsalted butter crumble it with fork ,throw in mashed eggs ,salt and pepper. Give a mix
  2. Take 2 Roasted slices ,apply a generous mixture on top and cover with other slice. Cut into 2 triangle or rectangular parts.
  3. Serve with chutney, raita or right away.
Recipe Notes

  • I always prefer roasted slices as they give nice slight crunch and firmness to your sandwiches.
  • Plain slice also works for sandwiches ,choice is all yours.
  • Bran bread can be a healthier substitute of white bread.
  • Eat with yogurt raita to double up the taste
