Besan ki roti/ Gram flour snack with wheat bread

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Gram flour/besan
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (finely cubed)
  • few Corriander leaves
  • few Mint leaves (optional)
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek (dried leaves)
  • 1/2 tsp Crriander solid (roasted on hot griddle/tawa)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (roasted on hot griddle/tawa)
  • 1/2 tbsp Red chili
  • 2 tsp Salt (could adjusted)
  • 1/3 tsp Dry pomegranate seeds/anardana (coarsely grounded )
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Wheat flour (kneaded )
  • 1 Potato (boiled and cubed to small size)
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil/ ghee (for frying paratha)
Instructions
  1. Take gram four in a bowl add all the ingredients except flour and oil. Make a thick paste with the use of 4-5 tbsp of water.
  2. Take a wheat flour dough ball, flatten it with the help of rolling pin on flat surface.
  3. Apply sufficient paste on the top of round flatten dough.
  4. Fry from top side first on medium heat for relatively long time.Then flip and cook form other side. Serve hot with chutney ,yogurt or plain. It is a complete delicious meal.
